The Blue Ridge Quartet (1946 1985) was organized by Frank Stamps's Stamps Quartet Music Company of Texas. Gospel Singer, Songwriter. Frank's All Star Quartet was promoted as the top group in the Stamps family, so any time a member would quit, the next best man was immediately moved into his place.
